A part chalk Grade II listed property, in the small village of Little Weighton, close to Beverley on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. Sitting next to the village pond in a rural farming area where you often see horses riding by.

The area is popular with cyclists looking to explore the beautiful scenery and rolling hills. The village shop and post office are close by for day to day provisions. The Black Horse public house which serves locally sourced produce has recently been voted 'The Best Food Pub in Yorkshire' is just a minutes walk away.
